This covers the initial setup of the backup, the on-going backup of the data, and email based reporting and monitoring.

Please note all pricing excludes VAT, and is payable monthly.

All storage costs are based on compressed data, not on the original file size. We estimate that typical compression is between 65% and 80% of the original data size, depending on the data type.

Additional storage (and bandwidth) savings are realised thru the Intelli-Delta aspect of the system, whereby incremental backups only backup little blocks of changed data, rather than the entire file.

As of the end of 01 December 2012 pricing will be simplified to the following:
PCs & MACs = R49-00 ex VAT per month each
Servers = R199-00 ex VAT per month each
Data Storage = R22-00 ex VAT per GB (this is measured on the compressed data on our system not the original file size which is usually much larger)
